Christmas is exactly a week away!!! Which is why I am bringing you not one but two festive Christmas party looks! Nothing says Christmas better than adding a pop of green into your Christmas and winter wardrobe. Seriously, I keep asking myself why I don’t own more green pieces because it’s such a flattering color on all skin tones! I am not one to dress up on Christmas day (hello joggers) but when it comes to fun work parties or celebrating with friends, I am all about dressing up.
Outfit Details:
Green Blouse (similar style here) / LOFT Swing Skirt (on sale for 50% off using code HOLIDAY) / Grey Over the Knee Boots (similar, under $75) / Sugarfix X Bauble Bar Mix and Match Earrings (on sale for $21 and my best purchase of December! #treatyoself)
Can I just say that I love over the knee boots that I wore with my first look!? They are the perfect mix of a little bit sexy and a little bit dressy. I really do love OTK boots and feel like they take any outfit to the next level!
My boots were a sale purchase last season and I made sure to wait until I found a pair that came in light grey/taupe. OTK boots are really great when you want to wear skirts or dresses without tights but still keep your legs warm! Throw on a coat and your ready for all your Christmas parties!

The great thing about Christmas is that there is absolutely no shortage of green blouses! My top is actually a few years old from my college sorority days. I had to purchase a green top for rush week. I remember running to Forever 21 as a broke college student and buying the first pretty emerald top I saw. If I were going to purchase a new green blouse, this J.Crew wrap top would be a great investment!
My fun grey swingy skirt is actually a Black Friday purchase from LOFT. It comes in petite, tall, regular and plus! Currently its on sale for $70 and 50% off when you use the code HOLIDAY!
Tomorrow night I a fun party with friends and plan on wearing a variation of this look above! It’s not quite cold enough for an ugly sweater party, so a dressy look will do!
Like I mentioned above, I usually choose to dress up for parties and prefer a more casual look on Christmas day. If you need some simple ideas for Christmas day outfits, check out my post from last year where I styled a red striped dress!
This is actually quite a busy week and probably the last time I’ll be posting until after Christmas. My family and I are traveling to North Carolina for Chrstimas. We’re leaving Friday and decided to open gifts on Thursday night. That means no last minute Christmas shopping for us. It’s my first time not being in Florida for Christmas, so I am super excited! Hopefully it will be a cold Christmas and I am praying for some snow ha! I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas!!!
Thanks so much for the photos Harmony Lynne Photography!
