Colorful Summer Sundresses Under $50

Hey friends! Short and sweet post for today! It’s the weekend, the sun is out and I am hoping to jump in the pool before the rain comes! Had anyone else had an unusually rainy and cloudy summer so far? June gloom is turning into July gloom here.

My mood is affected so much by the weather. To brighten my days working from home and being inside most of the day, I have been wearing as many bright colors as possible! Probably more than usual! Right now J.Crew Factory has adorableeee bright colored dresses all on sale under $50!

Colorful Summer Sundresses Under $50

I love love love the sherbert colors of this J.Crew Factory midi dress! Someone on Insta said it was sunshine in a dress and I loved that! When I originally bought this color blocked dress it sold out almost immediately. Usually I don’t see J.Crew Factory re-stock their dresses. Turns out they did with this style and it’s on super sale for $40! Sizes are limited and it will probably sell out quickly again!

For the fit, it is my usual J.Crew Factory size! I am wearing a 2 in the dress. Someone asked if the top area was tight. There is a ruched area in the back that makes it stretchy and comfortable!

For my shorter girls, it comes in petite too (Yes, I’m talking to you BFF!). Usually I wear it with sandals or my raffia flats at home along with a headband or earrings! The fabric is cotton so it makes for a cute everyday summer dress for humid days!

Summer is for Dresses

The other day my sister asked me point blank, “Katie do you ever wear shorts anymore?!”. I laughed because she sees me in dresses most of the time! In my defense, they are my outfit of choice when working at a computer all day! So yes, that is what I wear most of the time, ha!

J.Crew Factory has tons of adorable bright colored dresses this summer and I am here for it! This smocked green gingham dress is on it’s way to my house (under $30)! Can’t wait to wear it with sneakers and the SSCo.

Lemon print headband! Another summer favorite of mine are ruffled sleeved dresses. The Azalea print is on sale for $25 and there are 3 other colors to choose from! Rick rack is also having a moment and the colorful trim on this solid white dress is so fun!
