Summersalt Swimsuit Review

Living in the sunshine state, I love to find new resort wear designers and brands, especially swim brands! Summersalt is a brand I have heard great reviews of and wanted to test it out myself. Swimsuits are a staple in my wardrobe once summer hits. I joke that from July to September, I need to focus solely on swimsuits on the blog because of the summer heat. Today I am reviewing the Summersalt Ruffle Backflip Swimsuit!

Summersalt Swimsuit Sizing and Fit

One pieces are so hit or miss if you are tall like I am. I currently have 2 from Target that are way to short in the torso. My concern with this suit was that I needed a *long* but the Porto Paradise print I am wearing only comes in regular. I decided to order a size up from my usual size and I will say, The Ruffle Backflip fits like a dream (aka no camel toe! ?)

As a Florida native, I have what I call beach, pool and water activity swimsuits. Beach swimsuit styles are more low key and look cute yet are not made to be adventurous in. The Summersalt one piece is perfect for all 3. It’s very fitted and the arms stay put and don’t slide off the shoulder. I feel cute lounging on the beach and secure jumping in the waves.

What really sold me on the Ruffle Backflip style was the back cutout, ruffle sleeve detail and deep v-neck! The Porto Paradise print is a mix of vintage and coastal grandma.

Sizing: I am wearing the Porto Paradise print in a size 6!
